Date: Friday–Saturday, January 23–24
Location: Hanover Lanes (East Hanover, NJ) & PRIDE Center
Activity: Bowling, dinner, overnight at PRIDE, breakfast in the morning
Timing: ~3 PM Friday – 9 AM Saturday

Please note that Parsippany participants will be transported to the Chatham facility by an event chaperone. Families are responsible for end of event pick up at the Chatham location only.

2. Make your payment of $$275:

• Cash or check payable to: ECLC PRIDE
• How to submit: Place the payment in an envelope labeled “Respite – Attention: Lauren Guerrero"

3. Due: January 16th

Medication Administration:

If your loved one will need any medication administered during the respite, please complete the Medication Administration form below and ensure we have the following by the deadline listed above:

• A current physician’s order for each medication to be administered.
• Medication in the original, labeled packaging.
• If this medication is not currently stored at Pride, please email a doctor's script to lguerrero@eclcofnj.org by deadline listed above.

We will bring all emergency medications already stored at PRIDE with us to the event.

Please note: We cannot administer any medication without current orders and properly labeled packaging.
